Refund policy

NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT ONLY ON APPROVED RETURNS OF BRAND NEW ITEMS ONLY!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item was new upon purchase and is not tagged with AS or AS-FINAL SALE in the description. At that time, if your return is approved then you will be issued store credit. There will be absolutely no returns or store credit on any pre-loved (pre-owned) or gently used items as this cannot be validated if it has or has not been worn by the purchasing customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kristinsden@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide the consumer with instructions on how and where to send the return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If buying an item that has been pre-owned or gently used, then any found defects are excluded from this policy as this can occur from said items and will not be eligible or approved for returns.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), or pre-loved (pre-owned) and gently used items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns/Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be offered store credit only. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and your store credit certificate has not been issued, please contact us at kristinsden@gmail.com.
