Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 days for order processing prior to shipping. You will be contacted once order processing is complete in regards to your estimated delivery date.
Due to increasing crime rates and occurrences of COVID, local delivery and pickup services is only allowed on approved purchases. If you request this service, please send an email to kristinsden@gmail.com and notify us of your request so that this can be reviewed prior to purchasing. We will inform you promptly if this has been approved and if approved, we will refund you any delivery fees if you have already purchased in advance.
Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that resulted from carrier mishandling. These issues and concerns will need to be addressed directly with the carrier.
